The idea: Whenever I need to communicate something through image, I find myself to lazy to actually make a nice and detailed drawing. This is why I embraced stock photos and Photoshop as my new tools of illustration. By cutting, pasting and fitting bits and parts together I try to tell the story I want to tell, and also add a certain vibe of humor, irony of sarcasm. The shadiness of the illustrations provides a roughness I like.
The result: Stock photos glued together, made in Photoshop. Often color blocks are used to make the image a whole and black lines are added for a drawn feel.
